I use Ubindi to manage my group class registrations. You can register for individual classes or buy a considerably cheaper package, using either the links below or directly on the Ubundi Website.

Group Pilates Classes

Pilates classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities in a relaxed, fun, and friendly environment. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I can cater to a wide range of needs and disabilities.  Modifications or progressions are offered whatever your needs.

We also use equipment such as Bands, Bender balls, Pilates circles, and Weights, but you will need to bring your exercise mat, and a small cushion is advisable, especially for weak Backs, Neck, and Knee issues

Beginner Pilates Classes

These classes are suitable for beginners to learn Fundamental moves of Pilates or for people that have specialist needs.  They are also adapted for people who need to sit in a chair, stand, or can't kneel.

Mixed Pilates Classes

These classes can be available for Beginners/ Improvers if you have an exercise background, or have attended Pilates before, if you haven't you are advised to take the modifications offered.  We work on the next level from Fundamental, but can be modified or progressed depending on how hard you want to work, or depending on your weaknesses.

Pilates Sport Classes

These classes are for someone with a fitness background or a good level of Pilates, as we still use the core principles.  The class incorporates Strength and stretch using challenging moves.  The class will leave you feeling amazing for sports enthusiasts who need just something more than a balanced body.
